Dweezil Zappa

I worked with Glenn Arthur Hutchinson and Austin Matthew Goins on this song. It was recorded in chunks. Glenn is singing the vocals and wrote the lyrics. Austin and I did the music. We used an arppegiator to facilitate the guitar part and recorded each string separately. Austin recorded the bass in pieces and we lined them up with the click track. The piano we recorded like the guitar. We sprinkled synth in there. The drum part was constructed in the hip hop tradition with some hand claps added. Glenn did the vocal production separately in pro tools and then we married the vocals with the music in Logic. I will post the WAV version on my Reward Music site because it sounds so much fuller. It needs to be properly mastered in Cubase by my dear friend Kalani.
